In this Photoshop Tutorial, we will create an ice castle using basic filters in photoshop.

Step 11:


Download the sky image and drag it below the castle and iceberg layers. Also blur the edges of the iceberg layer using Blur Tool.


Now go to Image>Adjustments>Match Color


Step 12:


Apply Vibrance.


Step 13:


Apply Hue Saturation.


Step 14:


Apply Brightness/Contrast.


Step 15:


Keep the castle layer selected. Now create a new layer above it. Create Clipping Mask. Now using frost brush 'lines', paint the castle using b0dbed color(light blue).


Step 16:


Create a new layer Clipping Mask to the castle again. Using white brush with low opacity paint the castle.


Step 17:


Using frost brush named 'texture', paint on the edges of the castle using a light blue color. This gives a frozen ice effect to the castle.


Step 18:


Apply Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Bevel and Emboss to the frost brush 'texture'.


Step 19:


Using sparklies 'scattering' brush, paint using color 7fcde1.


Step 20:


Apply Inner Glow to the sparklies brush.
