Create an ice castle in Photoshop

Open the castle image. Duplicate background layer. Select the castle using any selection tool. Open a new document and paste this castle.

Go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap. Set the values as below.

Apply plastic warp again to the castle. The values will remain the same.

Apply Color Overlay to the castle.

Now your castle must look like this.

Add the iceberg image below the castle layer. Convert the castle to Smart Object and Rasterize it.

Add Layer Mask to the castle. Your image must look like this now.

Now select the iceberg layer. Go to Image>Adjustments>Match Color. Set the values as shown. Under the layer option make sure that the castle is selected. I have indicated by arrows.

Select the castle layer. Go to Match Color. Apply these values. Make sure that under layer option iceberg image is selected.

Apply Diffuse Glow to the castle.

Now select the iceberg layer. Using Magic Wand Tool select the sky in the iceberg layer. Now press delete to remove the selected sky.
