Step 25

Make a new layer and I use soft brush with color #072e3c to paint on the right of model (hood, fingers). Then I change the mode to Linear Dodge 100%:

Step 26

Make two new layers and change brush color to white. I paint the right side with this brush on the first layer and the left on the second. I change the first layer to Soft Light mode 100% and the second to Overlay 100% (as the left needs stronger highlights).

New layer and use brush with color #123745 to paint on the stroke of model hood and fingers on the left. I set this layer to Color Dodge 100%:

I make 3 new layers and use brush with color #dfb170. On the first I paint on the left of model lips and put the mode as Soft Light 50%. On the second that is set to Soft Light mode 100% I continue to brighten the left side of model face and left eye. On the third (Color mode 50%) I paint inside the left eye to make  the yellow tone there more visible:

Step 30

I use Dodge and Burn on a new layer to enhance picture details.
