Create a new document with size 900x1080 px and fill it with black. Press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N to make a new layer. Hit G to activate the Gradient Tool and choose Linear Gradient with color #02101b and #03243b:

Step 2

Go to Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Color Balance:

Step 3

Open starry stock pack. I choose the first one and used the Move tool (V) to drag it into our canvas, resize and change the mode to Color Dodge 100%:

Duplicate this layer and lower the Opacity to 50%. I've used layer mask and soft black brush with the opacity of about 40-50% to blur some stars parts:

Step 4

I want to darken sky sides a bit so I made a new layer, used soft brush with color #032037 to paint on these parts. I changed the mode to Soft Light 70%:

Cut out the moon and place it at the top middle section of our picture and change the mode to Screen 100%:

Step 7

To make a glowing moon, I've used Layer Style effect. Double click the moon layer, choose Inner Shadow and Outer Glow:

Step 8

Open tree stock. As it has a transparent background so you just need to drag it into our picture. I positioned it at the top right:

To change color of the tree I've used some adjustment layers with Clipping Mask. Choose Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Color Balance:

Photo Filter and Curves:

Step 9

Drag ground stock into the bottom of the picture, use Cmd/Ctrl+T to transform it:

I've used adjustment layers: Color Balance, Curves, Hue/Saturation and Photo Filter (Clipping Mask) to change color and darken the ground:

Step 10

Extract green wall and place it onto the ground:

Make a new layer under the wall one. Use black brush to paint under the wall to make shadow of it on the ground:
