Part 1: Create Perfume bottle

Step 1:

Create a straight line in Front view. It should be as tall as your perfume. Create it from bottom to top.

Step 2:

Create an Ellipse in Top view with Length: 105 and Width: 160.

Step 3:

Create a Circle in Top view with Radius of 25.

Step 4:

Select Line and click on the Loft in Compound Objects.

Step 5:

In the Loft parameters, hit Get Shape button and then pick Ellipse shape from scene. As you can see a 3d object created with elliptical section.

Step 6:

Change the Path value to 65 and then again hit Get Shape button and pick Ellipse shape from scene. We do this to make sure Loft shape from the bottom (zero value) to 65% of object will be elliptical.

Step 7:

Change Path Value to 95 and while Get Shape button is active, this time picks the Circle shape. Loft object will change from elliptical shape to circular shape at top. At the end you can change Path value to 100 and again pick the circle object but it is not necessary.

Step 8:

Right click on loft object and select "Convert to Editable Poly" from drop down list.

Step 9:

The neck of this perfume bottle need to be convex while now look like concave. So select the top vertices and scale them.

Step 10:

We need to reshape the bottom of the perfume bottle too. So select the Lowest face and inset it 2 times. Finally move it inward the perfume bottle.

Step 11:

Now select the topmost face and delete it.

Step 12:

Apply Shell modifier to perfume bottle. change its Inner Amount to 4 and Outer Amount to 0. It will give thickness to our perfume bottle.

Step 13:

Right click on the perfume bottle and again convert it to Editable Poly.

Step 14:

Usually the bottom part of perfume bottle is thicker, so in Front view and in wire mode select the inner vertices of perfume bottle. Then move them little upper.

Step 15:

Finally you can apply MeshSmooth or TurboSmooth modifier to the perfume bottle model.
